CSP (Complete Strength & Performance) have come on board with the Inner West Magpies Australia Football club to fly over the inner west. CSP was established back in 2014 to encourage people at all fitness levels to work together and achieve their common goal of being healthy and fit.

Inner West Magpies are excited to have CSP looking after their strength and conditioning for the 2020 season, CSP is lead by former NRL player Bronson Harrison who has just under 200 games of Rugby League for Wests Tigers, Canberra Raiders & St. George Illawarra Dragons as well as representing his country of birth New Zealand in 12 games. Dimi Poulos who was a former Australian Goalkeeper & is a strength and conditioning specialist is the Magpies strength and conditioner coach for the 2020 season through CSP.

Bronson came down to visit at IWMAFC first training session post Christmas to introduce his face and the team that would be looking after the Magpies. CSP are an inclusive group training specialists who tailor programs and services to beginners, kids, teens, the elderly as well as high performance athletes and social athletes looking to train with a purpose. Bronson speaking about IWMAFC at Picken Oval “What has impressed me most is the club and community environment which has a sense of Family. With the sheer numbers of both male and female teams it is easy to see that the club has the potential to be reckoned with in 2020. In this short space of time the new head coach Ben Klemke and the club have set some high expectations of their playing group which we want to hold the playing group accountable to. It is our common goal to achieve growth as a club, a company and individually as staff and the playing group”

Nick Miller was ecstatic having CSP on board. “Bronson & Dimi have been complete professional’s through out the process, CSP also work through many local school’s in our area and help improve our community footprint and we want to strengthen our partnership with CSP and provide a pathway for elite athletes to play AFL at the Magpies. Bronson coming down and giving our club his time on our first session really shows how his commitment to be long term. Meanwhile Dimi has been a breath of fresh air at the club, helping the playing group with their recovery when unable to train and helping condition all players the vigorous demands of AFL”

CSP also have a non-profit mentor experience program called “LET’S GET GOING” CSP aspire to promote the health and well being of adults from the age of 18 years old with an intellectual or physical challenge. One of CSP’s goals is to provide a fitness program that will be fun, safe and enhance social relationships; as well as establishing a pattern of physical activity to promote wellness throughout adult life.
